I’m afraid we bothered him more than needed. No problem. Not only did he take time to understand what we were looking for, he also hooked us up with some upgrades for our existing Marvin Windows. Not only did they do a great job of installing the windows, but cleaned up afterwards. Awesome job by that bunch. Professionals at every step, and not just sales, installation, finishing. There were several people I never met that probable have a lot to do with this successful project. Got lots of emails, mailings, calls and reminders from the office staff. I had a very positive experience replacing 3 basement windows and a problem kitchen window. The salesman was terrific. He gave me a number of different options with no high pressure sales as did other companies who gave me quotes. I was pleased with the entire process from start to completion and have already recommended the company to others.

Scherer Window and Door were fantastic from beginning to end. We replaced our entire second floor of windows. Dave Wahlstrom was knowledgeable, helpful and practical in working with our desire for new windows in our home. The installation team was focused and worked well together to accomplish the job in less than two full days. Everything was spotless when they completed the job. Both my wife and I are very happy with our experience with you guys. Dave was a great salesman — no pressure, straight forward, helpful, and went out of his way to fix an error that occurred with 2 of the windows. Communication with the office has been great, and the actual work on the windows was awesome — fast, quality, nice, communicative workers. I wish all interactions with contractors were like this.

From the first step of contacting Scherer for an estimate I was very impressed. Tracy was amazing and the process when fast and painless. I had a quote within hours of him visiting our home. I contacted him and set up a time to see the product at the showroom and signed a contract. Within one day I was contacted for scheduling and this process started just before Thanksgiving. I anticipated a February installation due to holiday schedules and was very surprised to be scheduled the first week in January. The installation was completed yesterday and the new product is amazing. The installation crew was awesome. So considerate and caring. I am so impressed with the entire project.

We had Scherer replace six large three season windows, and we were very happy with the entire process and product. We received estimates from three companies and Scherer not only had the best price but also had the product we wanted to match our existing windows in that room.. The entire process was well managed. We were kept apprised of all delivery and installation dates, and the installers were very knowledgeable. They exhibited a high concern for quality installation. We would definitely choose Scherer again for any future projects.

Everyone at Scherer Brothers was great to work with each time we have used them to replace windows in our 1950s house. Not only did the sales rep (Chris) visit us multiple times to confirm the windows would work for us, he offered suggestions to achieve the view goals that we had with the windows. Installation was professional and timely and the crews clean up well once completed.

Scherer has been a pleasure to work with. Chris, the sales person we worked with, was focused on what we needed and we never felt the slightest bit of pressure to buy a certain product, or to buy at all frankly. Chris and the office staff have always been very responsive.

There was no high pressure sales pitch or price that was good for only 2 hours! The installers came, replaced the windows, cleaned up their mess, and our windows have been performing flawlessly. We couldn’t have been happier and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My new windows were installed yesterday and they are awesome! Better than I even hoped!
